Bright Farmstay

Breathe in the country air and relax on this picturesque 100 acre property that is home to a variety of traditional and rare breeds of farm animals including cattle, Clydesdale horses, Shetland ponies, sheep, alpacas, pigs, goats and poultry (chooks, turkeys, peacocks, geese and ducks).

• As a farm guest you participate in feeding many of the friendly animals and helping out with farm chores such as collecting eggs and raking the pens
• Take a leisurely stroll to the lovely stream that runs through the farm where the trout are abundant, and the elusive platypus has been spotted splashing about
• Whilst in town we will visit the Bright Chocolate shop and sample their handmade confectionery along with a trip to the Berry Farm for some afternoon tea
• Beechworth boasts Australia’s best bakery so let’s fnd out when we spend the day touring around this historical gold rush town
• Try hand feeding deer and emus at Red Stag Deer and Emu farm
• At night we will enjoy campfres, toasting marshmallows and great group activities
