This is so exciting for your business and yet again demonstrates the value of this industry to the Victorian people.

I cannot believe how incredibly happy Robert is. He fell into my arms and was so overcome with emotion and happiness and couldn't wait to tell me all about his trip. He had a smile on his face all day. He is back to work today and is inquiring when he can have another holiday. You and your staff have truly made him appreciate another side of life. We can't wait to see the photos.

Peter had a wonderful time and was very happy on his return.
I actually did not recognise him at the station wearing his ‘dapper’ hat!
It might just seem like ‘a hat’ BUT the choosing and purchasing ‘the hat’ is a big deal for Pete.
I think that this is an important part of these holidays…making independent choices, talking things over with people who are not closely involved in his everyday life.

Highlights of the holiday included meeting new people, stepping out of his comfort zone, having new experiences, having fun. It was a great week for him.
