Leisure Options tour leaders are integral to the success of our professional and enthusiastic team. They come from a vast variety of backgrounds including health, disability, physiotherapy, outdoor education, recreation and teaching.

In its role as an employer, Leisure Options is committed to providing quality services to travellers in a safe environment. We require pre-employment safety screening in our recruitment processes and all staff members must possess current police checks and first aid certificates.

Leisure Options provides annual training to all staff to ensure their knowledge is up to date and of the highest standard. While away on holidays, all staff members have access to 24-hour nursing advice and support. This ensures you receive optimal care while you relax and enjoy your holiday.

Leisure Options tour leaders need to rest overnight so they can provide the highest standard of care throughout the holiday. Our tour leaders do not share rooms with travellers. If a traveller requires intervention or checks overnight, then an additional staff member will be allocated to serve as an active night staff at an additional cost.
