Fremantle and Rottnest Island

We visit two of Western Australia’s most delightful cities on this eight day adventure. Enjoy the laid back lifestyle, the temperate climate, the freshest local produce and the white sandy beaches that WA is famous for.

• Our first few nights are spent on Rottnest Island, a nature reserve and home to the cute Quokka. Our options are endless – we can explore, relax, swim, cycle and meet the local wildlife
• Try your hand at aqua play on a water bike or the giant inflatables
• The Quokka can be seen around the Island particularly in the mid to late afternoon, we might even spot a tiny joey
• After 3 days of island exploration we depart for a ferry ride to Fremantle, a vibrant town at the mouth of the Swan River
• Wander through Fremantle market tasting the freshest produce or find the perfect souvenir to take home
• On a visit to Caversham Wildlife Park we will meet many Australian animals including kangaroos, koalas, possums, wallabies, wombats and Tasmanian devils
• After a fun filled week we spend our last day wandering around Hilary’s harbour and pay a visit to AQWA, the wests best underwater aquarium
