Active Night
If a participant requires checking or intervention during the night, they will require an Active Night staff person. This will necessitiate an additional staff member and will be an additional cost.

Airfares
Airfares are NOT included in the advertised price of the holiday except where indicated. We encourage participants to book early so we can purchase the cheapest airfares available to ensure YOU get the most competitive holiday package.

Pre/Post Tour Accomodation Package
Pre and/or post holiday accomodation can be arranged at a cost of $415 per night. Costs include dinner, bed & breakfast and staff support. The cost is based on meeting at 5:30pm the day prior to travel until departure time the following morning. Any additional hours will be charged at $25 per hour.
