Complaints Policy
Complaints can be made:
1. By letter 1. Talk to your staff member or the Key Leader or
2.Verbally
3. Through feedback forms
If you have an issue whilst on holiday:
2. Talk to Leisure Options management or
3. Get assistance and submit a written account of your complaint
Leisure Options will:
1. Review your complaint in a timely and professional manner
2. Keep you up to date and provide feedback as soon as possible
